A LOCAL BUS

I have been travelling in local buses since childhood. Obviously I dont like bus travelling ......or I dont prefer travelling in local buses but you know there is this very famous HINDI  term "aukat" (a.k.a. status) . And in a city like Kolkata almost everyone is dependent on local buses because the people here are a little bit stingy. Like they can wait for a bus for like 2 hours but they will not take a taxi. 

And the condition of local buses...uff dont ask me. We often complaint the government for not improving the condition if buses but I think it is not their fault because if you overflood the buses with people them what do you expect to happen. I feel very sorry for those foreigners who have to use the local buses for travelling. They would think that "there are more people in this bus than our country". I dont travel in local buses regularly and I stay at home mostly but there was this phase where I used travel local buses on a daily buses and after all these years I can conclude with a single statement that "PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING!" 

The most irritating people are those people who fight for seats like small kids. I mean why are you concerned for your seat, it is just a 15 minutes goddamn bus journey. Then there are some people with bad odor. I mean fine...if you want to or not want to bathe...that is your personal problem but atleast use a deo, man. Then there are some people who I guess smoke "ganja"(a.k.a. marijuana *drug name*) before boarding the bus and they are lost in their own imaginary world, they miss their stop and they freak out and then they are like "আমাকে এখনই নামতে হবে, আমাকে এখনই নামতে হবে" (I want to get off now, I want to get off now)

Then there are these people who are busy in their phones and they realize on the last moment that their stop has arrived and then they are like "আমার স্টপ এসে গেছে তাই এখন আমি কী করব আমি সবাইকে ধাক্কা দিয়ে বেরিয়ে যাব" (My stop has come so what will I do now I will push everyone to get out)

Then there are these conductors. Seriously they should give an audition in "KHATRON KE KHILADI"(A.K.A. reality show) . Seriously they are the most "dabbang" (a.k.a. daring) personalities in the world. I mean hanging out of the bus all time is no joke. And I am not at all ashamed to say that I wanted to be a conductor when I was small. But these conductors have some serious issues with their eyesight . Crowd is like invisible for them . According to them their bus can never be empty. On every single stop they will shout out loud

"পুরো বাস খালি, বাস খালি, আরে ম্যাডাম এসো পুরো বাস খালি, এসো। (full bus empty, bus is empty, Hey madam come the whole bus is empty , come.)
